Since 1953, GRUPPO 5 has been producing bespoke interiors for the home, but above all for hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and public venues, either with a turnkey formula or just the supply of individual components.
\nThe company handles all aspects of the production cycle in-house, dealing with the joinery, metalwork, upholstery, fabrics and lighting.\u00a0 Each project is dealt with phase by phase, from the procurement of the raw materials to the production of the furnishing, to the complete fitting and afterwards provides a constant and continual after-sales service and maintenance over time.
\nThanks to the experience acquired, the in-house technical office is able to draw up complete projects and provide assistance to external architectural firms.<\/span><\/p>\n

No-cost phase <\/span><\/span><\/h5>
\u25a0 Introductory meeting with the client and gathering of all the information necessary, details of the current state of the rooms, and any drawings (plans and\/or projects).

\n\u25a0 Conceptual design and the drawing up of an estimate of the work to be done (the project will be illustrated and explained, but not delivered to the customer).<\/div><\/header>

Commissioning phase <\/span><\/span><\/h5>
\u25a0 The client will be asked to sign the estimate presented and to make a down payment established according to the total amount of the work to be carried out.

\n\u25a0 A supply contract will be undersigned specifying all the clauses agreed with the client and any modifications made to the offer presented.

\n\u25a0 Presentation of a final design including:

\n1) detailed design (plan and working designs that will eventually be provided to the client)

\n2) rendering and photorealistic images of the interior

Our furnishing solutions are always the result of the scrupulous conceptual work and the design of our technical office, both of which are always performed exclusively for the client.
\nAll the drawings are the fruit of great teamwork and, for this reason, they cannot be supplied to the customer: they are available to our partners at the outset of the project to enable them to illustrate and explain to the client the ways in which the work will be assigned and performed.<\/p>\n

Our partners are not permitted to hand over these documents during this phase of the work as they are only used for the purpose of receiving and providing useful information in order to facilitate future cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All the drawings, conceptual design, final design, specifications and any reports will be delivered only following the underwriting of the sales contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
